Day & Time: Saturdays from 12:00-2:00pm
Age & Level: Intermediate (Combined Ages & Levels)
Description: This class will combine ballet technique, conditioning exercises, and centre combinations with a focus on artistry and applying proper technique through performance. Emphasis on isolating specific muscle groups to build strength and flexibility. Goals are to improve body awareness and control, ballet vocabulary, and class etiquette. Previous ballet training is recommended but not required.
