Age & Level: Intermediate/Intermediate Advanced
Description: Students will meet three times per week with class and rehearsal back-to-back. Students will progress in ballet and modern technique, conditioning, and artistry. With an emphasis on isolating specific muscle groups to improve strength, flexibility and support. Goals are to attain body awareness, control, and artistic expression. Students will practice class etiquette and professionalism, and explore composition and improvisation. Pre-Pointe and Pointe will be practiced at this level, however, any student wishing to pursue Pointe training on a deeper level may request additional Private Coaching Sessions.
